摘 要:针对千米深井大断面软岩巷道围岩持续变形的控制难题,在总结附近区域巷道支护经验和分析软岩巷道持续变形失稳原因的基础上,提出采用多层次锚喷及注浆加固技术,即三层喷浆、两层锚杆和一次壁后注浆的综合治理方案。现场实践表明:该方案可有效增强支护结构的整体性和承载能力,解决高应力软岩巷道围岩控制难题。Aiming at the control problem of surrounding rock continuous deformation in soft rock roadway with large section in kilometer deep mine, based on the roadway support experience in nearby area and the analysis of causes of surrounding rock continuous deformation & destabili- zation, the paper puts forward the multi-layer bolting-shotcreting & grouting reinforcement technology, which is an integrated scheme including three layers shotcreting, two layers bolting and one-time backwall grouting. The field application shows that the scheme can effectively strengthen the integrity and bearing capacity of the support structure to solve the surrounding rock control problem in high-stress soft roadway.
