摘　　要：费尔干纳盆地位于中亚南部，与我国新疆南部毗连，民族-宗教氛围浓厚。近十几年来，中亚的几次重大事件几乎都与这个盆地密切相关，它已经成为中亚整体局势变化的晴雨表，有的学者甚至把它称为中亚安全的“火药桶”。“费尔干纳问题”已经成为世界政治版图上最为复杂的问题之一，而20世纪20q0年代中亚民族-国家划界时形成的若干飞地使目前的“费尔干纳问题”更加复杂化，甚至在某种程度上将成为盆地三国间冲突的导火索。Located in the south of the Central Asia, Fergana Basin, with its rich ethnicreligious atmosphere, is adjacent to the south of Xinjiang of China. In recent decades, the basin has been involved in several major historical events and become a barometer for the entire situation of the Central Asia; some scholars even ascribe it as a ＂ tinderbox＂ threatening the regional security. ＂Fergana issue＂ is already baffling enough to the most extent, however its perplexity has been escalated due to the enclaves created during national boundary demarcation in 1920s - 1930s. Fergana has the potential to be the ＂powder keg＂ to intrigue the conflicts among the three basin countries.
