摘　　要：目的:探讨婴幼儿期母亲的喂养行为对儿童期肥胖的影响,旨在为指导母亲正确的喂养行为、预防儿童期乃至成年期的肥胖提供依据。方法:随机抽取深圳市宝安区6～10岁小学生1 766人为研究对象进行体检,根据Z评分、BMI筛查出肥胖儿童,招募知情同意参与该次研究的儿童及其母亲采用自行设计的问卷进行回顾性调查。结果:深圳市宝安区6～10岁小学生肥胖发生率为4.70%,婴儿期母亲的喂养行为中,孩子每天户外活动时间具有统计学意义,出生体重正常、父亲文化程度高、户外活动时间2～3 h对孩子的正常发育有积极作用。结论:在婴幼儿期就养成良好的生活习惯和饮食习惯,父母亲培养儿童良好的自我保健意识,进而有效控制肥胖的发生。Objective： To explore the effect of maternal feeding behaviors in infancy on childhood obesity, in order to provide a ba- sis for directing correct maternal feeding behaviors and preventing childhood and adulthood obesity. Methods： A total of 1 766 school chil- dren aged 6 -10 years old were randomly selected from Bao＇an district of Shenzhen city as study objects, after physical examination, the obese children were screened out according to Z score and body mass index （ BMI）, the children and their mothers were retrospectively in- vestigated by a self - designed questionnaire on the premise of informed consent. Results： The incidence rate of obesity among 6 - 10 - year- old children in Baohn district of Shenzhen city was 4. 70% ; among maternal feeding behaviors in infancy, the outdoor activity time every day of children had statistically significant difference. Normal birth weight, high paternal educational level, outdoor activity for 2 -3 hours had active impacts on normal development of children. Conclusion： Developing good living habits and dietary habits in infancy, parents fostering good self - health care consciousness of children can effectively control the occurrence of obesity.
