广西壮族女大学生亚健康状况调查及影响因素分析

摘　　要：目的:了解广西壮族女大学生亚健康状况及其影响因素。方法:利用人体能量监测仪Auramed Biopulsar收集232名壮族女大学生左手掌反馈各部位器官的生物电能量流动趋势,观察壮族女大学生在45个部位的生物电指标变化,并通过问卷调查分析各因素对亚健康的影响。结果:广西壮族女大学生亚健康发生率为76.96%,农村学生亚健康检出率高于城镇,亚健康状态检出率随着年龄的增加而增加,19岁与21和22岁年龄组比较差异有统计学意义。Logistic回归分析结果显示同学关系、记忆力、辅导员的关心程度和城乡差别是壮族女大学生亚健康的影响因素。结论:广西壮族女大学生亚健康检测率较高,学校相关部门应尽早进行干预,提高壮族女大学生的健康水平。Objective:To understand the sub-health state of female university students of Zhuang nationality and influencing factors in Guangxi.Methods:Human energy monitor Auramed Biopulsar was used to collect bioelectrical energy flow trends of various parts and organs reflected at left palms of 232 female university students of Zhuang nationality,the changes of bioelectrical indexes of 45 parts were observed,and the effects of various factors on sub-health were investigated and analyzed by a questionnaire.Results:The incidence rate of sub-health among female university students of Zhuang nationality in Guangxi was 76.96%,the detection rate of sub-health in rural female university students was higher than that in urban female university students;the detection rate of sub-health increased with age,there was statistically significant difference in detection rate of sub-health among female university students in 19-year-old group,21-year-old group,and 22-year-old group.The results of logistic regression analysis showed that the influencing factors of sub-health of female university students included classmate,memory,concern level of instructor,difference between urban and rural areas.Conclusion:The detection rate of sub-health among female university students of Zhuang nationality in Guangxi was relatively high,school-related departments should conduct intervention as early as possible to improve the health level of female university students of Zhuang nationality.
