摘 要:采用NCⅡ设计,比较新育成旅系辽635和其他3个骨干旅系的配合力情况,对16个杂交组合进行农艺性状和产量配合力分析。结果表明,4个改良旅系小区产量GCA效应值为辽635>丹340选>丹598>铁0255。辽635在增加后代的穗长、百粒重和容重方面有明显的正效应,辽635所组配的全部组合均比对照丹玉39增产。Combining ability between new maize inbred line Liao635 and the other 3 backbone L u da red cob lines was compared by NC Ⅱ mating design. Sixteen crosses were evaluated in agronomic traits and combining ability of yield in Shenyang. The results showed that GCA yield effective value: Liao635 〉 Dan340x 〉 Dan598 〉 Tie0255. It was significant positive effect in increasing ear length, hundred seed weight and bulk density of the hybrid progeny of Liao635, the yield of all crosses between Liao635 and 4 typical test inbred lines was higher than that of CK.
