摘　　要：分析了某公司Φ340mm机组穿孔机三辊定心装置的结构及工作原理。该装置以两个油缸为动力,在无缝钢管穿孔生产过程中实现顶杆位、毛管位和打开位3个动作,保证了钢管穿孔过程顶杆轴向稳定性的要求。介绍了使用过程中暴露出的缺陷及针对部分零部件的缺陷改进。生产实践表明:该三辊定心装置完全能够满足无缝钢管穿孔工艺要求,可在相关机组上推广应用。The structure features and work principle of three-roll centering device of the Ф340 mm unit punch in a com- pany were described. The device powered by two cylinders was capable of three major movements, i. e. , ejector rob, capillary bits and roll opening, so as to ensure the axial stability requirement of the ejector rob in the process of the steel tube perforation process. And the defects exposed in the applied process were introduced and the defects of the part parts were improved. The actual operation result shows that the system is able to fully meet the piercing process requirements of seamless steel tubes, which is worthy to be used on similar mills.
