摘  要:针对普通连杆式机械冲床存在的功能缺陷,提出一种以非圆形齿轮机构驱动冲床的实现方法。为了更精确地满足冲床的工作要求,采用五次多项式构建滑块的位移曲线,以优化方法拟合非圆形齿轮的节曲线。接着以算例分析了非圆形齿轮的结构参数和滑块的运动特性,最后利用快速成形技术获取了非圆形齿轮实体模型。结果表明,所获取的节曲线是适用的,以该方法合成新型冲床是切实可行的。In order to overcome the defects of general link-type mechanical press in the process of manufacturing prod- ucts, an optimization synthesis method was put forward for a new press driven by a pair of non-circular gears. To meet the press requirements specified, the displacement curve of the slider was constructed by using quintic polynomial, and the pitch curves of non-circular gears were optimally fitted. Moreover, the structural parameters of non-circular gears and the slider motion characteristics were analyzed and compared, and the physical model of gears manufactured by rapid prototyping technology were feasible. The results show that the pitch curve obtained is feasible, and new me- chanical press synthesized by this optimization method could be developed.
