摘 要:三辊辊板机作为结构钢管卷制中常用的设备,在钢管的预制中占有非常重要的地位,各钢管加工企业如何利用其现有的生产设备,发挥最大的工效成为制造加工企业关心的问题。通过对三辊辊板机的工作原理进行分析,并结合卷制时界定的钢管最大卷板厚度、卷制板材宽度、最小卷制直径以及被卷材料的屈服极限等4个制管基本参数进行性能分析,得出主要卷制技术参数相互间变化时的组合限制,最终得出一系列恒等变换等式,并通过具体算例进行演示,以此确定不同规格的钢管针对某特定辊板机是否可以卷制。As common equipment used in structural piping rolling, three-rolling machine plays an important role in pip- ing prefabrication. How to maximize ergonomics with existing equipment becomes the concern of piping processing en- terprises. By analyzing the working principle of three-rolling machine and combining the performance analysis of four basic parameters of maximize rolling thickness, width of rolling plate, the minimum diameter of the rolling diameter and the yield point of the material, a combination restrictions of inter-change of the main technical parameters in rolling process was obtained, and eventually a series of identical transformation equation were got finally. Whether the pipes in different specifications can be rolled by the specific roiling machine was determined through demonstrating specific example.
