摘 要:分析了热冲压和超塑气胀复合成形工艺的特点,并为实现该快速超塑性工艺方案,设计了一种特殊的既有压边又有密封结构的成形模具,实现了热冲压和超塑气胀复合成形工艺在同一套模具上相继完成。通过对模拟试验模具、某型号汽车引擎盖的模具设计与实验分析,得出的成形件未出现破裂、成形厚度变薄量均匀度高,成形时间短,可满足大批量生产的要求。The characteristics of the hot stamping and super plastic inflatable compound forming process were analyzed. For realizing the fast superplastic technology scheme, a kind of special forming mould which integrated beading structure and seal structure was designed, and the hot stamping and super plastic inflatable compound forming process completed in the same set of mold was realized. According to the mould design and experiment analysis of the simulated test mould and a certain type of automobile engine cover, the forming part was obtained with no rupture, high uniformity of the forming thinning thickness and short time for forming, which can meet the reguirement of mass- production.
