摘 要:以染卷叶病毒的"蛇龙珠"葡萄为试材,研究了6-BA处理对葡萄叶片光合作用和果实品质的影响。结果表明:6-BA处理不影响葡萄新生叶片中病毒的含量,但可以提高叶片中叶绿素含量、1,5二磷酸核酮糖羧化酶/加氧酶(简称Rubisco)和Rubisco活化酶(RCA)活性,延缓叶绿素的降解,提高叶片的光合速率。40mg/L的6-BA处理在花后90~120d可显著提高叶片的光合速率,最终提高果实的品质。因此,适当浓度的6-BA处理可以通过延缓因病毒侵染造成的叶绿素衰老,促进同化物运输来提高染葡萄卷叶病毒-III的酿酒葡萄叶片光合作用和果实品质。Taking Vitis vinifera L.cv.Carbernet gernischet which infected by grapevine roll-leaf virus-III as materials,the effects of the relationship of 6-BA on the photosynthesis and berry quality in infected virus grape were studied.The results showed that the virus content in leaves was not affected by 6-BA treatments.The chlorophll content,activities of Rubisco and RCA increased,the rate of chlorophyll degradation decreased in the condition of foliar sprayed 6-BA,and the foliar photosynthesis rate increased too.In all treatment,40 mg/L 6-BA significantly improved chlorophyll photosynthetic rate and fruit quality.From above results,it concluded that foliar spray of suitable concentration 6-BA could improve photosynthetic efficiency and fruit quality of infected virus grapevine by regulated chlorophyll degradation and assimilate transportation.
