摘 要:以红木棉生长旺盛的鲜花和鲜叶为试材,采用不同的方法对红木棉树花叶不同器官、不同部位、不同状态、不同发育时期抗逆性和营养物质含量的8个主要指标进行了探测分析。结果表明:花瓣基部、花萼顶部物质含量的种类多、值高;尤其是黄酮,2个器官顶部含量均最高。叶片的中部物质含量高,种类多;其中黄酮及SOD含量突出。花瓣和叶片是红木棉树主要物质含量的库;而且叶片中黄酮最多,花瓣中SOD活性最强。叶片发育时期不同,各物质含量的种类及值的大小不一;但叶肉中所含各物质种类多、值最高的规律是明确的。红木棉花鲜食才更有价值。Taking the flowers and leaves of red kapok tree as test materials,the resistance and nutrient content of eight key indicators in different organs in different parts of different states at different developmental stages measured were detected and analyzed using different methods.The results showed that petals the base of the calyx at the top of the type of the material content,high value;especially flavonoids organ at the top of the content were the highest.In the central of leaves,it had many kinds of matter with high-value;including flavonoids and SOD prominent.Petals and leaves were the main substance content library of red kapok tree;flavonoids in leaves was the strongest and SOD activity in petals was the strongest.In different developmental stages of leaves,the content of each material type and value of sizes were different;mesophyll contained all the species,and the value of the highest law was clear.Fresh product of red kapok tree flower was more valuable.
