健脾消胀片对大鼠胃黏膜损伤影响的实验研究

摘　　要：目的探讨健脾消胀片对牛磺酸钠致大鼠胃黏膜损伤模型的影响。方法采用灌牛磺酸钠的方法造大鼠胃黏膜损伤模型,观察健脾消胀片混悬液高、中、低剂量对大鼠血清内皮素、NO、SOD、MDA的影响;记录局限于胃黏膜的点状或线状出血性病灶的长度并计分,并计算溃疡抑制率;取胃组织切片、镜检,观察其病理组织变化。结果健脾消胀片混悬液高、中、低剂量组均可使大鼠胃损伤指数显著降低;可使大鼠血清内皮素含量显著降低,均可使大鼠血清SOD活力和NO水平显著升高,高剂量健脾消胀片组使大鼠血清MDA水平显著降低,中、低剂量组使大鼠血清MDA水平明显降低;均可显著减轻胃损伤程度。结论健脾消胀片对大鼠胃黏膜损伤有较好的治疗作用。Objective To explore the effect of spleen deficiency tablets on mucosal damage in a rat model. Methods A gastric mucosal damage rat model was sodium taurine induced gastric established by intragastric administration of sodium taurine. The effect of Spleen Deficiency Suspension on endothelin, NO, SOD, MDA of rat serum was observed. Recording was limited to gastric mucosa dots or line length of hemorrhagic lesions. The ulcer inhibition rate was calculated. Gastric tissue slices were prepared and pathological changes were observed. Results Spleen Deficiency Suspension reduced significantly the index of prepared and gastric lesions and the content of serum endothelin in rats,improved significantly the serum SOD activity and NO level in rats. A large dose of Spleen Deficiency Tablets could reduce significantly the serum MDA level in rats. Conclusion spleen deficiency tablets have good therapeutic effect on gastric mucosal damage in a rat model.
