摘　　要：目的建立HPLC法以茶碱作对照测定高原康胶囊中氨茶碱的含量。方法以十八烷基硅烷键合硅胶为填充剂,甲醇-0.05 mol.L-1磷酸二氢钠溶液(含0.2%三乙胺,磷酸调pH 4.0)(35∶65)为流动相,检测波长为245 nm;流速:1.0 m.l min-1;柱温:30℃。结果茶碱在16.34～65.38μg.ml-1的范围内线性关系良好(r=1.0000),平均回收率为99.59%,RSD为0.85%(n=9)。结论本方法简便、测定结果准确,重复性好,可用于高原康胶囊中氨茶碱的含量测定。Objective To establish an HPLC method for the determination of aminophylline in Gaoyuankang Capsules with theophylline as control. Methods Kromasil 100-5Ca8 （250 mmx 4.6 mm） column was used with a mobile phase composed of methanol-0.05 mol.L-1 sodium dihydrogen phosphate solution （containing 0.2% triethylamine with the pH value of mixture adjusted to 4.0 by phosphoric acid） （35：65 ）. The flow rate was 1.0 ml ＂min-1 and detection wavelength was 245 nm. The column temperature was 30 ℃. Results The calibration curves of theophylline showed a good linear relation over the range of 16.34-65.38 p,g .ml-i （ r = 1. 0000）. The average recovery of theophylline was 99.59% and RSD was 0.85% （ n =9）. Conclusion This method is simple, accurate with good reproducibility. It can be used for the determination of aminophylline in Gaoyuankang capsules.
