摘 要:实验测量了多种结构的单区静电净化器模型的净化效率,分析了电晕极性、截面风速、粒子尺度及结构参数对净化性能的影响。研究表明,负电晕时净化器的净化效率高于正电晕时的净化效率;净化器的处理风量越小,净化效率越高;粒子尺度越大,净化效率越高;在相同电压条件下,电晕线半径越小,或者电晕线与收尘极的距离越小,净化效率越高;当电晕线间距与电晕线极和收尘极间距的比值为2时,其净化性能最优。The collection efficiencies of single-stage electrostatic cleaners are measured to examine the effects of corona polarity, airflow speed of cross-section, particle size and some structure parameters on the performances of electrostatic cleaners. The results show that the collection efficiency of electrostatic cleaner for negative corona discharge are higher than that for positive corona discharge. The collection efficiency is higher for smaller airflow speed or larger particle. The collection efficiency can be enhanced by decreasing the radius of corona wires or by decreasing the spacing between corona wires and collecting walls under the same applied voltage. The performance of electrostatic cleaner seems to be optimal when the ratio of the distance between corona wires to the spacing between corona wires and collectin walls is 2.
