摘 要:[目的]研究大叶小檗乙酸乙酯萃取物对小鼠S180肉瘤生长的抑制作用.[方法]按照标准方法给小鼠接种S180肉瘤细胞,随机分组,分别灌胃给予不同剂量的大叶小檗乙酸乙酯萃取物.10d后观察各组抑制肿瘤生长率、小鼠脾脏及胸腺质量分数以及用药前后的体质量变化.[结果]大叶小檗乙酸乙酯萃取物大、中、小剂量组的抑制肿瘤生长率分别为52.54%,30.51%,22.88%;各剂量组小鼠的胸腺和脾脏质量分数与荷瘤对照组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);大、中剂量组体质量与荷瘤对照组相比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05).[结论]大叶小檗乙酸乙酯萃取物可抑制小鼠体内S180肉瘤的生长.OBJECTIVE To study the growth inhibitory effects of ethyl acetate extract of Radis Berberis amurensis on sarcoma grafts of S180 in mice. METHODS The S180 sarcoma cells were inoculated to the mice according to the standard approach, and the mice were randomly divided groups, and administrated different dosage of the ethyl acetate extract of Radis Berberis amurensis by intragastric administration. The inhibiting tumor growth rate, mass fraction of immune organs and spleen(thymus)/body ratio were detected in different groups after 10 days. RESULTS The inhibiting tumor growth rate of the ethyl acetate extract of Radis Berberis a^turensisc in high, medium and low dose of groups was 52.54 %, 30.51% and 22.88 %, respectively. As compare to the positive control group, the mass fraction of immune organs and spleen ( thymus) /body ratio in different dosage groups did not have significant difference(P〉0.05), and the weights of high and medium dose groups had significant difference(P〈0.05). CONCLUSION The ethyl acetate extract of Radis Berberis amurensis can effectively inhibit the growth of sarcoma grafts of S180 in mice.
