摘 要:[目的]分析延边地区朝鲜族和汉族人群空腹血糖受损(IFG)与多种代谢指标的相关性.[方法]采用整群抽取的方法抽取延边地区朝鲜族和汉族常住居民3 217名,年龄在30~70岁之间,被纳入的研究对象均对调查内容知情同意.采用统一的调查表收集调查对象的一般情况,通过健康体格检查准确测量身高(cm)、体质量(kg)、腰围(cm)及血压(mmHg)等,取清晨空腹静脉血测定血清总胆固醇(TC)、三酰甘油(TG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、血尿酸(UA)、谷氨酰转移酶(GGT)、空腹血糖(FBG)及空腹胰岛素(FINS)指标.[结果]调整性别、年龄、民族、吸烟指数、饮酒频率及文化程度等因素的协方差分析结果显示,IFG组BMI,WC,HDL-C,TG,UA,HOMA-IR的平均水平均显著高于正常对照组,而HOMA-β和ISI的平均水平则显著低于正常对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.001).校正性别、年龄、民族、吸烟指数、饮酒频率及文化程度等因素后的偏相关分析结果显示,FBG与BMI,WC,SBP,DBP,TC,HDL-C,TG,HOMA-IR,UA及GGT呈正相关(P<0.05,P<0.01),而与HOMA-β及ISI呈显著负相关(P<0.01).[结论]IFG和FBG均与多种代谢指标密切相关.OBJECTIVE To analyze the correlation between impaired fasting glucose (IFG) and multiple metabolic indexes in Korean-Chinese and Han nationality of Yanbian area. METHODS 3 217 cases of inhabitants aged 30 - 70 years in Korean-Chinese and Han nationality of Yanbian areas were selected by a simple random sampling method, and all subjects knew the informed consent. The data about the general information were collected by the family visit, and height, weight, waist circumference(WC) and blood pressure was measured by physical examination, and total cholesterol (TC), triglyceride ( TG), high-density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C), fasting blood glucose (FBG), blood uric acid (UA), gamma glutamyl transferase (GGT) and fasting insulin (FINS) were measured from fasting venous blood. RESULTS As compared with the normal group, the IFG group had higher mean level of BMI, WC, HDL-C, TG, UA and HOMA-IR, and had lower mean level of HOMA-13 and ISI after adjustment for sex, race, age, smoking, drinking and education(P〈0. 001). Partial correlation analysis showed that there was a positive correlation between FBG and BMI, WC, SBP, DBP, TC, HDL-C, TG, HOMA-IR, UA as well as GGT (P~ 0.05, P % 0.01), and a negative correlation with HOMA-~ and ISI ( P % 0.01 ). CONCLUSION The IFG and FBG are closely correlated with multiple metabolic indexes.
