延吉市小学生血压分布特征分析

摘　　要：[目的]分析延吉市小学生血压分布特征.[方法]于2011年6～7月,采用整群抽样方法抽取延吉市3所小学8～13岁学龄儿童2 144名.通过面对面询问法收集研究对象的一般特征信息,采用台式血压计准确测量血压.[结果]男生和女生收缩压(mmHg)平均水平分别为105.88±12.37和105.21±12.86,舒张压(mmHg)平均水平分别为66.19±9.44和66.87±9.33,其性别差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05).本地区不同性别学生的收缩压(F男生=99.331,F女生=104.338)和舒张压(F男生=39.550,F女生=55.103)均随年龄的增长呈升高的趋势,其升高趋势有统计学意义(P<0.01).不同性别学生8～13岁各年龄段的收缩压及舒张压平均水平均明显高于中国城市汉族和城市壮族(P<0.01).[结论]本地区小学生收缩压及舒张压平均水平无性别差异,无论男生和女生收缩压及舒张压平均水平均随年龄增长呈现升高的趋势;本地区学生收缩压及舒张压平均水平较高.OBJECTIVE To analyze the distribution characteristics of blood pressure in primary school students of Yanji city. METHODS A total of 2 144 cases of primary school students aged 8 - 13 years in three primary schools were finally selected by a simple random sampling method, and all subjects knew the informed consent. The data about the general information were collected by face to face questioning, and blood pressure was measured with desk type hemopiezometer. RESULTS The mean of systolic blood pressure （SBP, mmHg） was 105.88 _＋ 12.37 in boys and 105.21 ＋ 12.86 in girls, and that of diastolic blood pressure （DBP, mmHg） was 66. 19 ＋ 9.44 and 66.87 ＋ 9.33, respectively, and there were no differences in both blood pressures between genders（P〉0.05）. The SBP （Fboy = 99. 331, Fgirl = 104. 338） and DBP （Fboy = 39. 550, Fgirl= 55. 103） were progressively higher with the increase of age in both sexes （P〈0. 01）. The mean of SBP and DBP among primary school students aged 8 - 13 years were higher in Yanji city tha n in Han and Zhuang nationality of other city of China（P〈0.01）. CONCLUSION There are no significant differences in SBP and SBP and D increase of students, a was higher DBP between genders, and the mean of BP were progressively higher with the age in both sexes among primary school nd the mean of SBP and DBP in this area than other region of China.
