缬沙坦氨氯地平片对正常高值血压的疗效临床观察

摘　　要：[背景]观察缬沙坦氨氯地平片对伴有头晕、头痛的正常高值血压的疗效.[病例报告]选择伴有头晕、头痛症状的正常高值血压患者68例,随机分为对照组和治疗组.对照组给予非药物治疗,治疗组给予非药物治疗加缬沙坦氨氯地平片.对照组总有效率为29.4%,治疗组为85.3%,治疗组总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.01).2组治疗后与同组治疗前比较,对照组收缩压(SBP)和舒张压(DBP)有所降低,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);而治疗组SBP和DBP明显降低(P<0.01).2组治疗后相比较,治疗组SBP和DBP明显降低(P<0.01).[讨论]缬沙坦氨氯地平片复方制剂治疗伴有头晕、头痛症状的正常高值血压患者有效.BACKGROUND To investigate the therapeutic effects of valsartan and amlodipine tablets on the patients with dizziness, headache and high normal blood pressure. CASE REPORTS Sixty eight of patients with dizziness, headache and high normal blood pressure were selected and divided into two groups of control and treatment. The control group received non-drug therapy, and the treatment group received non-drug therapy added the valsartan and amlodipine tablets. The total effective rate was obviously higher in the treatment group （85.3%） than in the control group （29.4%, P%0.01）. As compared between before and after treatment, the systolic blood pressure （SBP） and diastolic blood pressure （DBP） were somewhat decreased in the control group with no statistically significant difference （P ~ 0.05）, but significantly decreased in the treatment group （P %0.01）, and the SBP and DBP after treatment were significantly decreased in the treatment group than in the control group （P % 0.01）. DISCUSSION The compound treatment of valsartan and amlodipine tablets has effectiveness for treatment the patients with dizziness, headache and high normal blood pressure.
