摘  要:以电子束熔炼的纯钽锭为原料 ,研究了冷压开坯然后进行轧制的工艺 ,以及加工变形量、退火工艺对钽板的组织与性能的影响。结果表明 :因冷压时只在一个方向施力 ,金属沿铸锭中柱状长度方向流动 ,使柱状晶沿变形方向拉长 ,晶粒细化效果不太明显 ;变形量越大 ,则再结晶温度越低 ,晶粒尺寸越小 ;轧制变形量越大 ,则抗拉强度越高 ,延伸率越低 ,而再结晶退火后的硬度均无多大差别 ;钽板各向异性明显 ,在 45°方向上强度小而延伸率却明显增大。这种各向异性使钽板在深冲过程中制耳现象严重 ,金属损失大。Study is made of the influence of the process of cold pressing and roughing followed by rolling ,of deformation degree and annealing on the structure and properties of Ta slabs.Results show that during cold pressing, the force is only applied at one direction. The metal flows in the longitudinal direction of the columnar grain in the cast ingot, so that the columnar grain is elongated along the deformation direction,without distince grain refinement. The lower the recrystallization temperature, the smaller is the grain size. And the larger the rolling deformation degree,the larger the tensile strength and the lower the elongation is. After recrystallization and annealing, the hardness is nearly all the same, but there is distinct anisotropy. At 45° direction, there is low strength but the elongation is obviously increased. The anisotropy results in serious earing and heavy metal loss during deel drawing of Ta slab.
