摘  要:为了解决柴油机冷却水与机体组件之间的流动与传热问题,将强耦合理论应用于柴油机的稳态传热计算。建立了柴油机机体—缸盖—缸套—缸垫—冷却水腔的流—固耦合模型,通过内燃机工作过程仿真确定燃气侧的传热边界条件,进行了数值模拟。最终得到了冷却水腔内速度、压力、传热系数以及主要受热零部件的温度分布情况。In order to solve the problems of flow and heat transfer between cooling water and cylinder block, assembly, strong coupling theory was applied to the steady heat transfer calculation of diesel engine. The fluid solid coupling model of cylinder block, cylinder head, cylinder gasket and cooling water-jacket was built, the heat transfer boundary conditions of gas side was determined by simulating the working process, and the numerical simulation was carried out. Finally, the velocity, pressure and heat transfer coefficient in cooling water-jacket were acquired and the temperature distribution of main heated components was also achieved.
