摘　　要：介绍了重型数控车床的总体设计结构,并对主要部件结构及技术参数等问题作了详细论述。该机床的研制解决了回转体类工件的各种加工问题,尤其解决了各种大型或超大型转体类工件在加工中存在的高效、大批量、高精度等问题。经用户证明,该设计工作可靠、完全满足了机床的设计要求。This paper introduces the general design structure of horizontal heavy NC lathe,meanwhile,the structure and technical parameters of the main parts are discussed in detail.The various kinds of processing problem of rotary parts are solved,especially the problems of high-efficiency,mass and high-accuracy in processing the large or super large rotary parts are solved by the development of this machine.This design works reliably and fully,satisfies the disign requirements of the machine by the proof of the user.
