摘　　要：目的观察局麻下包皮环切并术后切口暴露治疗儿童病理性包茎的疗效。方法 2010年3月至2011年10月,43例病理性包茎的患儿接受局麻下包皮环切术治疗,术后切口予暴露,不予敷料包扎。结果所有患儿的手术均顺利完成,术后切口愈合良好,平均手术时间11.8min,住院时间2～3d。术后并发症包括切口少量渗血(9例)、阴茎皮肤水肿、轻度切口痛等。结论对于可配合医生手术的病理性包茎患儿,局麻并术后暴露行包皮环切术是安全、可行的。Objective To observe the treatment efficacy of circumcision under local anesthesia and postoperative wounds exposure in pathologic phimosis children.Methods From March 2010 to October 2011,43 children diagnosed with pathologic phimosis accepted circumcision under local anesthesia in our department.The penis wounds were exposed after operation,exempted from dressings.Results Circumcision was performed successfully in all cases and the wounds healed well after operation.In 43 cases,the average operation time was 11.8 minutes,and the length of staying in hospital was from 2 to 3 days.Postoperative complications included mild wounds errhysis（9 cases）,edema of the penis skin and mild wounds pain.Conclusion Circumcision under local anesthesia and postoperative wounds exposure is safe and feasible for the pathologic phimosis children who can cooperate with the operator.
