摘　　要：目的探讨蛛网膜囊肿的治疗方法。方法回顾性分析53例蛛网膜囊肿的治疗经过及随访情况。结果 53例蛛网膜囊肿患者中,保守治疗11例,手术治疗42例,治疗效果均良好。结论蛛网膜囊肿是否采取手术治疗以及手术方式、分流管压力的选择等要综合考虑患者的临床表现、囊肿类型、形成原因等因素,不能一概而论,不建议首选"锁孔"手术。Objective To discuss the treatment of arachnoid cyst.Methods Retrospective analyzed 53 cases of arachnoid cyst of treatment and follow-up results were analyzed retrospected.Results The treatment efficacy of 53 patients with arachnoid cyst was good,among which 11 cases was conservative treatment and 42 cases was surgical treatment.Conclusion Whether the operation or conservative treatment of arachnoid cyst and the choice of surgical ways and V-P tube pressure,the clinical manifestations,the type of cyst,the reasons for the formation and other factors should be taken into account.Lump under one head isnt appropriate and the ＂Keyhole approach＂ isnt recommended as a first method.
