摘 要:作为对切分轧制时轧制力计算方法的探讨 ,文中以武钢 1 1 5 0初轧机切轧钢坯工艺的轧制力计算为例 ,根据力学和运动学知识 ,在对轧件的受力及运动情况具体分析的基础上 ,用近似法确定出轧件与轧辊高向上的相对位置及一系列与轧制力计算有关的参数 ,并采用分区计算的思想 ,计算出各区的平均单位压力及接触面积 ,从而计算出总轧制力。The present paper discussed the method for calculating the rolling force in the slit rolling process, in which the rolling force each rolling stock bears in WISCO's 1150 blooming mill and its motion behavior are specifically calculated and analyzed according to the mechanics and kinematics theory. Based up the above mentioned studies the relative positions of the rolling stock and the upward motion of roll as well as a series of data related to the rolling force computation are determined by the approximation method and then the average unit pressure and contact area in each region are found out by conception of calculation by region, upon which the total rolling force is finally obtained.
