摘　　要：通钢高炉喷煤采用中速磨制粉、脉冲式布袋收粉器收粉等先进工艺。由于设备故障较多,投产后一段时间内高炉喷煤不正常,经过一系列改造,煤比达到了100kg/t。Some advanced technologies,such as pulverized coal preparation with mid-speed grinder and pulverized coal collection with bag house dust collector, etc. ,were adopted for PCI at Tonghua I & S Co. . During the trial production, the whole system didn't operate normally because of equipment failure.Through a series of technical reforming, coal rate of 100 kg/t was achieved.
