摘　　要：选取了各省级网站有无无障碍声明、非文本内容的替代文本、读屏功能、字体大小和网页对比度五个技术指标,来调查我国省级政府网站无障碍建设情况,并且对已经实施无障碍改造的政府网站的用户使用情况进行了分析。This study is intended to provide an exploratory evaluation of provincial government websites in China based on five technical indicators picked out from YD/T 1761-2008 by the Ministry of Information Industry.The results indicate that the provincial government websites have made many of the accessibility mistakes as predicted.In the light of the study findings,this paper also present how the accessibility of government websites has been used
