区域创新环境与创新产出协调发展研究

摘　　要：以区域创新环境和创新产出协调发展为研究对象。首先,构建了区域创新环境和创新产出评价指标体系;其次,应用熵权法对二者进行了综合评价;根据协调发展度模型对我国30个省际区域的协调发展度进行了测算;最后,分别应用Kruskal-Wallis检验和Jonckheere-Terpstra检验对我国三大经济区协调发展度的差异显著性和变动趋势性进行了统计检验。研究结果表明:我国各区域创新环境与创新产出协调发展度较低,约一半区域处于创新环境与创新产出失调的状态;省际区域之间创新环境与创新产出协调发展度差异显著;三大经济区之间协调发展度差异显著,存在从西部地区、中部地区到东部地区呈现依次递进的趋势性特征。在此基础上给出了政策建议。The coordinated development between regional innovation environment and innovation output is the research object.Firstly,the paper establishes the index system for the regional innovation environment and innovation output.Then,their comprehensive evaluation is conducted applying the entropy weight method;the coordinated development degree of 30 provinces is calculated according to the coordinated development degree model.Finally,the statistical test is carried out for the differences and changing tendency of the three main economic regions based on the Kruskal-Wallis test and Jonkheere-Terpstra test.The result shows that：（1） the degree of coordinated development of the whole country is comparatively low with half of the provinces being in a maladjustment state to some extent;（2） the difference of the degree of coordinated development between the provinces is significant;（3） the difference of the degree of coordinated development between the three main economic regions is significant,the degree of coordinated development follows the progressing stages with the order the western China,central China and eastern China.Finally,some policy suggestions are offered in accordance with the research result.
