摘　　要：明代律令规定了对各类度量衡违法行为的不同处罚,帝王也多次下诏重申加强度量衡法制管理力度。清代相当重视度量衡法制管理,制订、颁布了与度量衡管理相关的多条法律条令。In Ming Dynasty, different unlawful acts of using weights and measures were penalized by the decrees in the Law of ming Dynasty （大明律）. Furthermore, imperial decree or edict restated official opposition to the unlawful acts to enhance the law management of weights and measures. Special emphasis was laid on the enacting and executing of management measures of weights and measures in Qin Dynasty. In addition, many decrees relating to the management of weights and measures were worked out and issued.
