摘　　要：为了实现无线电通信系统小型化的需求,文章提出了一种基于多层带状线理论的小型化LTCC滤波器设计方案。采用了2层、3层耦合带状线实现谐振,2种谐振结构均有效地减小了滤波器尺寸。设计使用ansoft HF-SS建立了四阶滤波器模型,并在1、4阶之间加入交叉耦合,在高、低端各实现一个传输零点,增大滤波器的选择性。A design of a miniaturized LTCC filter based on the theory of muhilayer stripline is presented in this paper, which can satisfy the requirement of miniaturizing the radio communication system. Due to the tiny structure of those two resonators which are achieved respectively by coupled stripline of two layers and three layers, both filters possess effectively reduced size. In the design, the four order filter is modeled with Ansoft HFSS, while there exists cross-coupling between the first and forth order. In addition, both high port and low port achieve transmission zero points to increase selectivity of the filter.
