摘　　要：目的探讨改良后的胰十二指肠切除术(Pancreatico Duodenectiomy,PD)后胰液外引流方式在降低PD术后并发症的效果和可行性。方法回顾分析2000年1月至2010年12月期间非选择性的施行的13例胰十二指肠切除术患者的临床资料,术式为在Child术式的基础上,胰管和T管外引流,引流的胰管经T管穿出。结果 13例患者术后均无胰瘘发生,无死亡病例。拔除胰管引流管的时间为术后3周左右。结论经T管胰液外引流在避免胰瘘及其他相关并发症方面可能确有效果。Objective To evaluate the effect of modified external drainage of pancreatic duct which T tubule post pancreatico duodenectiomy（PD）.Methods Retrospective analysis was made of 13 cases who underwent pancreaticoduodenctomy in our department from January 2000 to December 2010.Child＇s procedure was performed before external drainage of the pancreatic juice and bile.The external drainage pancreatic duct tubule was placed inside of T tubule.Results No case died and no complications due to the external drainage of the pancreatic duct were reported,drain were removed 3 weeks after operation.Conclusion The modification of the external drainage is effective for decreasing the leakage post PPD.
