摘　　要：目的研究奥硝唑输液的制备工艺。方法以性状、pH、有关物质及含量为考察指标,通过对溶液溶解温度、pH以及灭菌工艺条件的选择,来确定制备工艺。结果奥硝唑输液的最佳制备工艺是溶液溶解温度不高于45℃,pH约为3.3,灭菌工艺为115℃30min。结论优选出奥硝唑输液的最佳制备工艺。Objective The preparation of ornidazole transfusion were studied.Method Checking the character and pH value and related material and content of ornidazole transfusion,we optimized the solution temperature and the pH value and sterilization conditions.Rusult The best preparation of ornidazole transfusion is that the solution temperature is under 45℃ and the pH value is about 3.3 and sterilization conditions is 115℃30min.Conclusion The best preparation of ornidazole transfusion was choosed.
