天益膏质量标准控制研究

摘　　要：目的建立天益膏的质量控制标准。方法采用薄层色谱法对该制剂中的天麻、玄参、栀子进行了定性鉴别;采用HPLC法测定制剂中天麻素的含量。结果薄层鉴别方法中分别检出天麻、玄参、栀子,阴性样品无干扰。天麻素在0.048 8～1.365μg范围内与峰面积积分值有良好线性关系.回归方程为Y=1 758.8X-1.554 7,r=0.999 9(n=6)。结论该研究所建立的薄层色谱法和HPLC法方法专属性强、灵敏度高、重现性好,可用天益膏的质量控制。Objective To establish quality standard of Tianyi cream.Methods Gastrodia,Scrophulariae Radix,Jasminoides were identified by TLC.HPLC method was used to determinate Gastrodin in this preparation.Results Gastrodia,Scrophulariae Radix,Jasminoides could be identified by TLC and there was no interference of the negative control.The method showed a good linear relationship in the range of 0.048 8~1.365 μg.The recursive equation was Y=1 758.8X-1.554 7,r=0.999 9（n=6）.Conclusion This method is practicable,convenient,precise and reliable,which can control the quality of Zhuanggu capsule effectively.
