摘　　要：目的建立芪白平肺胶囊定性定量分析方法。方法采用TLC建立黄芪、生晒参、川芎、五味子、薤白定性鉴别方法,采用UPLC建立黄芪甲苷的测定方法。结果定性鉴别专属性好,简单,易于识别;定量方法中黄芪甲苷在0.106～0.954μg范围内有良好的线性范围(r=0.999 5),结论建立的方法可以用于芪白平肺胶囊定性定量分析。Objective To establish the qualitative and quantitative methods for Qibai Pingfei capsules.Methods The astragalus mongholicus,suncured ginseng,ligusticum wallichii,schisandra chinensis and allium macrostemon in qibai pingfei capsules were identified by TLC.The content of astragaloside Ⅳ was determined simultaneously by UPLC.Results The qualitative method was specific,simple and readily identifiable.Astragaloside Ⅳshowed a good linear relationship within the range of 0.106 μg^0.954 μg（r=0.999 5）.Conclusion The method can be used in the qualitative and quantitative analysis of the capsule.
