水杨酸火棉胶的稳定性研究

摘　　要：目的研究水杨酸火棉胶的稳定性。方法按照《中国药典》2010版附录药物制剂稳定性试验指导原则,进行影响因素试验、加速稳定性试验和留样观察试验。结果该品对离心稳定,受高温及强光照射影响较大。结论水杨酸火棉胶应密闭、避光、冷藏保存,以保证本品的稳定。Objective To study the stability of salicylic acid collodiun.Methods Based on China pharmacopoeia appendix of 2010 edition about the guiding principle for the drug preparation stability test,the affecting factor test,accelerated stability test and the sample observation test were done.Results This preparation was relatively stable in centrifugal,but high temperature and blazing light had great influence on it.Conclusion Salicylic acid collodiun should be kept airproof and lightproof,and it should be stored in the cold condition to assure its stability.
