HIV/AIDS合并HCV患者血红蛋白、肝功能与CD_4^+ T细胞计数关系探讨

摘　　要：目的:探讨人类免疫缺陷病毒/获得性免疫缺陷综合征(HIV/AIDS)合并丙型肝炎病毒(HCV)患者血红蛋白与肝功能、CD4+T细胞计数之间的相关性,以期运用观察血红蛋白判断HIV/AIDS合并HCV的预后。方法:采用回顾性分析方法将抗病毒治疗前的HIV/AIDS及HIV/AIDS合并HCV患者分别分为A、B、C组,进行肝功能、血红蛋白、CD4+T细胞计数的观察,予组间比较及统计学分析。结果:HIV/AIDS及HIV/AIDS合并HCV患者A、B、C组各组间贫血发生率有统计学差异(P<0.05),HIV/AIDS组中随CD4+T细胞计数下降贫血发生率增高,HIV/AIDS合并HCV组中随CD4+T细胞计数下降贫血发生率有不同程度升高。HIV/AIDS及HIV/AIDS合并HCV各组间肝功能与CD4+T细胞计数无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论:HIV/AIDS合并HCV发生贫血亦较为常见。Objective ：To study the correlation of HIV/AIDS combined with HCV patients＇hemoglobin, liver function and CD4 ^＋T cell count, in result of which the hemoglobin quantity could be used to judge the prognosis of the patients who were HIV/AIDS combined with HCV. Methods： A certain number of patients who were infected HIV/AIDS and HIV/AIDS combined HCV were respectively divided into A, B and C groups. Before they were under the treatment of HAART, observing their liver function, hemoglobin and CD4 ^＋T cell count, making comparisons among groups and also to make statistical analysis. Results： There were statistically significant differences （ P 〈 0. 05） in anemia rate in all groups of HIV/AIDS patients, and HIV/AIDS combined with HCV patients were divided into A, B and C. The anemia rate in groups of HIV/AIDS increased along with the decreasing of the CD4 ^＋T cell count, and in groups of HIV/AIDS combined with HCV, it increased varying degrees along with the decreasing CD4 ^＋T cell count. There was no statistically significant difference （P 〉0. 05）in liver function and CD4 ^＋T cell count among each group of HIV/AIDS and HIV/AIDS combined with HCV. Conclusions：It was also commonly that HIV/MDS combined with HCV patients prone to suffer from anemia, and with the decreasing of the CD4 ^＋T cell count, the anemia rate increased.
