摘 要:目的:探讨血管紧张素转化酶基因I/D多态性与青海省贵德地区汉族冠心病(CHD)患者之间的相关关系。方法:冠心病患者89例和健康汉族75例,应用聚合酶链反应(PCR)技术检测两组人群血管紧张素转换酶(ACE)基因插入/缺失(I/D)多态性,观察II、ID、DD基因型频率。结果:通过冠心病组和正常对照组的ACE基因I/D多态性的比较发现,冠心病组DD、ID和II基因型频率分别为33.7%、46.1%、20.2%,D、I等位基因频率分别为56.7%、43.3%;健康对照组分别为20.0%、44.0%、36.0%和42.0%、58.0%。冠心病组血管紧张素转化酶基因型及等位基因频率与对照组相比有显著性差异(P<0.05)。ACE的DD基因型频率和D等位基因频率在冠心病组中显著增加(P<0.05)。结论:贵德地区冠心病与ACE基因多态性有一定相关性,ACE、DD基因型可能是冠心病的危险因子。Objective:To research the correlation between the angiotensin converting enzyme(ACE) gene insertion/deletion(I/D) polymorphism and Han patients with coronary heart disease(CHD) in GuiDe county.Methods:89 patients with CHD and 75 health Han volunteers were involved in this study.The I/D polymorphism of ACE was detected by polymerase chain reaction and argrose gel electrophoresis.Results:The genotype II,ID and DD of ACE gene were detected both in the study group and the control group.The frequency of the three genotype were 33.7%、46.1%、20.2% in patient group,while 20.0%、44.0%、36.0% for the control group.I/D allele frequency in the patient group and control group was 56.7%、43.3% and 42.0%、58.0%,respectively,there was significantly different(P0.05) between the both groups.Conclusions:There might be close relationship between DD genotype of ACE gene with CHD in Han Population in Guide county.
