基于ANSYS的路面冷再生机机架结构分析

摘　　要：为了分析路面冷再生机机架结构的受力特性,研究其易疲劳破坏部位及受压强度,应用SolidWorks软件建立机架结构模型,导入有限元分析软件,得出机架的应力、应变云图。结果表明:机架的应力主要集中在铣刨转子所处的安装横梁上。ln order to analyze the mechanical characteristics of frame structure of pavement cold recycling machine and study the fatigue failure-prone spots and compressive strength,the frame model was established with SolidWorks,which was afterward imported into the finite element analysis software and the stress-strain diagram was obtained.The results show that the stress of frame mainly concentrates on the beam where the milling rotor is set.
