摘　　要：应用有限元方法分析了沥青混凝土拌和设备原有V形板在工作过程中的变形情况和内部耦合应力分布情况,并提出了一种改进方案。根据有限元计算分析及实际改造结果表明,新方案能够大大减少工作过程中的变形及最大耦合应力,延长其使用寿命。The deformation status and coupling stress distribution of the original V-plate in asphalt concrete mixing plant were analyzed by FEM,and an improvement scheme for the V-plate structure was put forward.The calculation results and practical operation show that the improvement scheme can effectively reduce the deformation and coupling stress of the V-plate and the life-time can thus be extended.
