摘　　要：在电炉生产工艺条件下,把钢中[S]控制到0.010%以下是相当困难的,脱硫成为生产低硫管坯钢的一大技术难题,而LF直流电弧—电渣加热钢包炉解决了快速脱硫的技术难题。本文详细介绍安钢电炉+LF直流电弧—电渣加热钢包炉生产低硫管坯钢的生产经验。Under the process condition in EAF production,it is difficult to control the surphur in steel below 0.01%. Desurphuration is becoming the technology problem in producing low surphur tube billet steel. However the DC electric arc-electroslag heating LF solved the technology problem of rapid desurphuratin. The paper introduces the experience of pro ducing low surphur tube billet steel in ANGANG EAF and DC electric arc-electroslag heating LF.
