摘　　要：本文在分析监管内涵的基础上,结合国土资源"三定方案",形成国土资源综合监管平台建设的基本思路,从国土资源监管制度建设,监管平台建设的目标与内容、监管指标,国家级综合监管平台设计与建设进展、监管平台的应用与成效、思考与展望五个方面阐述了国土资源监管平台建设现状、效果和下一步建设重点,按照土地监管生命周期和矿产监管生命周期分环节获取信息,形成监管指标环环相扣,数据层层获取的工作模式,结合业务工作,在集成化应用和综合监管方面进行了探索。After analyzing the significance of monitoring with ＂Three Specific Programs＂ to have a wisdom of knowing to build the comprehensive information monitoring platform in favor of the land resources,this paper explained the current situation of the design in monitoring platform from the point of the monitoring system with goals and contents,monitoring indicators,processing of setting and design the comprehensive monitoring platform in national level,practice and result by focusing the Future construction of key and prospect of the system.Pursuant to the life cycle of land monitoring and minerals regulatory sublink access to information,it could form a chain of monitoring indicators and data layers to get the mode of operation,combined with the business world.This is an exploration of integrated and consolidated monitoring application.
