摘　　要：技术标准是指重复性的技术事项在一定范围内的统一规定,标准能成为自主创新的技术基础,源于标准指定者拥有标准中的技术要素、指标及其衍生的知识产权。在大型企业中,标准在企业各项生产经营和企业管理中发挥着重要作用。目前标准体系的编制和标准检索所依赖的信息技术手段有限,缺乏软件平台的支撑,文章提出一种电力企业技术标准管理平台的建设方案。Technology standards are unified specifications in a specific range for repetitive technical matters, are technical basis for independent innovation because standard-setters own technical elements, indexes and derivative intellectual property rights. For large enterprises, standards play an important role in enterprise production and management. However, there is absence of information technology methods for establishing standard system and searching standards, and absence of software platform support. Thus, this paper proposes a construction solution of the technology standard management platform, which is suitable for electric power enterprises.
