彩色多普勒超声联合血清CA125检测在卵巢良恶性肿瘤诊断中的价值

摘　　要：目的评价CDFI联合血清CA125检测在卵巢良恶性肿瘤诊断中的价值。方法回顾性分析159例卵巢肿瘤的临床特点、CDFI检查结果及血清CA125水平,并与手术病理结果对照。结果 CDFI诊断卵巢良性肿瘤准确率98.9%,卵巢恶性肿瘤准确率为71.6%;CA125诊断卵巢良性肿瘤准确率85.9%,诊断卵巢恶性肿瘤准确率88.1%;CDFI结合CA125诊断卵巢良性肿瘤准确率98.9%,诊断卵巢恶性肿瘤准确率94.0%。结论 CDFI与血清CA125联合检测是鉴别卵巢肿瘤良、恶性的良好方法。Objective To evaluate the value of CDFI combined with Serum CA125 detection in the diagnosis of benign and malignant ovarian tumors. Method Retrospective analysis of 159 cases of the clinical characteristics of ovarian tumors, ultrasonography and serum CA125 level were performed and the results of pathological were compared diagnosis and surgical diagnosis. Results The accuracy rate of CDFI diagnosis of benign ovarian tumors was 98.9%, malignant ovarian tumors was 71.6% ;The accuracy rate of CA125 diagnosis of benign ovarian tumors was 85.9%, malignant ovarian tumors was88.1% ;The accuracy rate of CDFI combined with CA125 diagnosis of benign ovarian tumors was 98.9% ,malignant ovarian tumors was 94.0% ;Conclusion CDFI combined with Serum CA125 detection can help to differentiate the benignancy from the malignancy of ovarian tumors.
