摘　　要：当前基层组织社会控制力弱化,法律调整不力,农村法律文化的缺失等原因导致农村社会矛盾纠纷呈现出多样化、复杂化特点。有效化解农村社会矛盾必须科学地运用法律制度和理念,加强法制宣传,培育法治文化;完善农村人民调解机制;完善农村法律援助工作机制;提高法律运行实效。At present,due to the weak control power of the primary-level Party organization,poor legal regulations and the lack of legal culture in rural areas,the rural social contradictions are of diversification and complication.Effective solutions to those problems must depend upon using legal system and ideas scientifically,strengthening the legal propaganda,and developing the legal culture;upon perfecting the rural people＇s mediation system;upon completing the working system of rural legal aid,and boosting the actual effects of legal operation.
