板坯开裂原因分析

摘　　要：通过对开裂部位的成分分析、金相检测和能谱分析 ,找到了开裂的原因是残余纵裂纹、内裂和热应力等的共同作用 ,提出防止开裂的措施是避免纵裂纹的发生、严格板坯的质量管理。Through composition check,metallographical test and energy dispersion spectrometry for the cracked part of slabs,it was found out that the reason why slab cracked is the collective action of longitudinal crack,inner crack and heat stress.Avoidance of longitudinal crack production and strict slab quality management are the effective preventing measures of slab crack.
