摘　　要：介绍了宝钢二炼钢连铸电气基础自动化系统的构成和技术规格 ,归纳了在设备调试过程中所发现的几个具有代表性缺陷的处理方法 ,如PLC网络通讯、大包回转功能的完善、CP 2 1 3FA总线的重新设计等。The structure and technical specification of the electrical basic automatic system for the continuous casting at Baosteel No.2 steelmaking plant are introducted.Some disposals of typical fault discovered during the system debugging are summarized,such as perfection of PLC network communication and rotary function of molten steel ladle and the redesign of CP 213FA.
