摘  要:以中国亚侧耳属(Hohenbuehelia)、扇菇属(Panellus)、小香菇属(Lentinellus)、小黑轮属(Resupinatus)、侧耳属(Pleurotus)和毛侧耳属(Phyllotopsis)的部分代表种,基于ITS和LSU序列,构建我国侧耳型(Pleurotoid fungi)真菌类群系统发育树,讨论并分析侧耳型真菌几个属的分子系统关系。两段序列所构建的系统树结果基本相同,其中,小香菇属代表种远离其它几个属的代表种,亚侧耳属和侧耳属关系较近,美味扇菇(Panellus edulis)与扇菇属和亚侧耳属的代表种均没有聚到一起,黄毛侧耳(Phyllotopsis nidulans)与侧耳属代表种分离开来。小黑轮状子实体的黑小亚侧耳(Hohenbuehelia nigra)基于ITS序列分析中,其代表支独立形成于亚侧耳分支外。即以我国的材料验证了当前分类系统中对于这几个属的分类地位之间的关系。Thirty-five specimens representing 20 species of pleurotoid fungi belonging to the genera Hohenbuehelia , Panellus , Lentinellus , Resupinatus , Pleurotus and Phyllotopsis were collected from locations within China. In many cases, similar genetic relationships between the strains were revealed by phylogenetic trees constructed on the basis of internal transcribed spacer (ITS) and nuclear large subunit (nLSU) sequences. Species of the genus Lentinellus were clustered at a position distant from other genera while, among the agaric genera, Hohenbuehelia and Pleurotus were closely related. Panellus edulis was separated from the clades containing other representative species of Hohenbuehelia and Panellus, while Phyllotopsis nidulans was placed at a position distant from a representative species of Pleurotus. However, Hohenbuehelia nigra, which produces resupinate basidiomata, was positioned on a separate branch adjacent to the Hohenbuehelia clade in the phylogenetic tree constructed using ITS sequences. Currently defined phylogenetic relationships between pleurotoid fungi have been largely verified by the Chinese material used in this study.
