摘 要:以天然蝉花做对比,对人工培育蝉花(Cordyceps sobolifera)子实体的化学成分进行分析。结果表明:人工培育蝉花子实体中粗蛋白、粗脂肪、粗纤维、灰分、粗多糖、虫草酸含量分别为31.8%、4.46%、17.00%、3.36%、9.74%和13.30%,尿苷、鸟苷、腺苷的含量分别为1.27、0.41、0.70mg/kg,与天然蝉花相比,人工培育蝉花子实体中粗纤维、多糖、虫草酸、尿苷含量明显高于后者,氨基酸和必需氨基酸总量低于天然蝉花,但必需氨基酸占总氨基酸的比例略高于天然蝉花。Levels of selected chemical components in the fruit bodies of artificially cultivated Cordyceps sobolifera fruit bodies were determined and compared with levels in C. sobolifera fruit bodies collected from the wild. Cultivated C. sobolifera fruit bodies contained 31.8% crude protein, 4.46% crude fat, 17.0% crude fiber, 3.36% ash, 9.74% polysaccharide, 13.3% cordycepic acid, 1.27 mg/kg uridine, 0.41 mg/kg guanosine and 0.70 mg/kg adenosine. Crude fiber, polysaccharide, cordycepic acid and uridine levels were significantly higher compared with those recorded in wild fruit bodies. However, the former contained lower concentrations of both total and essential amino acids although the proportion of essential to total amino acids was slightly higher in cultivated fruit bodies.
