摘 要:通过对松蔸栽培茯苓的原辅材料中铅、镉、砷、汞4种重金属含量的检测和使用添加不同浓度重金属栽培材料的栽培试验,分析栽培材料中重金属含量对茯苓菌核中重金属含量的影响,为茯苓的安全生产提供参考。试验结果表明,原辅材料中土壤的重金属含量最高;茯苓中的铅、镉、砷、汞的含量与栽培土壤中4种重金属的投入量相关程度密切;试验中茯苓块累积系数为As:0~0.034、Pb:0.0023~0.0176、Hg:0.0039~0.0462、Cd:0.0060~0.2000,茯苓皮的累积系数As:0.0180~0.0415、Pb:0.0462~0.0909、Hg:0.0062~0.3158、Cd:0.0070~0.2414;4种重金属试验投加量条件下,栽培的茯苓中镉、砷和汞的含量均符合《中国药典》标准规定,而铅含量则部分超标,只有土壤中铅含量低于69.2994mg/kg时,茯苓皮中铅含量才能符合2010《中国药典》标准规定的重金属限量。In order to provide guidance for the safe production of Wolfiporia extensa sclerotia, the content of mercury, lead, cadmium and arsenic in samples of pine logs, soil, water and air collected from the cultivation area of Hushu Mountain Farm (Shaowu City, Fujian Province) were determined. Our data revealed that Hg, Pb,Cd and As levels in soil samples were higher compared with the pine logs, water and air. Heavy metal levels in three sclerotia samples obtained from the Hushu Mountain Farm, and in single sclerotia obtained from four separate pharmacies (Ruichuntang, Yikang, Bencaotang and Huihao) located in Fuzhou City, Fujian, were also compared. Addition of different concentrations of Hg, Pb, Cd and As to casing soil used for sclerotia cultivation revealed that supplementation increased the levels of heavy metals in the sclerotia. As, Pb, Hg and Cd accumulation coefficients for sclerotium cores were 0~0. 034, 0. 00234 0. 0176, 0. 0039 0.0462 and 0.0060~0. 2000, respectively, and 0. 0180~0. 0415, 0. 0462~0. 0909, 0. 0062~0. 3158 and 0.0070~0.2414, respectively for sclerotium skins. As, Hg and Cd levels in cultivated sclerotia were lower than the safety thresholds defined by the 《Chinese Pharmacopoeia》, but Pb levels in some cultivated sclerotia samples exceeded the safety threshold. Our mathematical model predicted that, in order to ensure that Pb levels in cultivated sclerotia were below the currently specified safety threshold (5.0 mg/kg), the Pb content of the casing soil should be less than 69.3 mg/kg.
