摘 要:利用金相检测法和能量平衡方程 ,推导和计算了激光熔覆过程中单位时间激光热有效利用率 ,并分析了影响因素。结果表明 ,在相同的送粉速率条件下 ,激光热有效利用率随扫描速度的增大而增大 ;在相同的扫描速度条件下 ,激光热有效利用率随送粉速率的增加而增大。The equation expressing the relationship between the efffective heat utilization of laser and the parameters of laser coated layer was derived based on energy equilibrium and metallographical measurement.The experimental method for determining the efffective heat utilization of laser in laser coating process by powder feeding method was designed.By varying the powder feeding rate and scanning speed V under definite laser power P and beam spot dimensions,the coating with different thickness was obtained.The factors effecting on the efffective heat utilization of laser were studied carefully.When the powder feeding rate and scanning speed V increase,the efffective heat utilization of laser become larger.The equation expressing the relationship between the efffective heat utilization of laser and the parameters of laser coated layer was derived based on energy equilibrium and metallographical measurement.The experimental method for determining the efffective heat utilization of laser in laser coating process by powder feeding method was designed.By varying the powder feeding rate and scanning speed V under definite laser power P and beam spot dimensions,the coating with different thickness was obtained.The factors effecting on the efffective heat utilization of laser were studied carefully.When the powder feeding rate and scanning speed V increase,the efffective heat utilization of laser become larger.
