摘 要:研究了压缩订单成本对延期付款下的可缺货易腐品库存模型的影响。分延时还款期内不可缺货和可缺货两种情况讨论,分别建立数学模型以求解最优的订货周期、订单成本和不缺货时间使得单位时间总成本最小化。通过将该非线性规划问题分为11种子情况,得到了一些理论分析的结论,结果显示每种子情况下在可行域范围内至多存在一个极小点,因此采用修正牛顿迭代法搜索相应的极值点。以此为基础,设计了求解步骤来寻找最优解。最后,结合运作管理实践,通过数值算例说明了压缩订单成本对降低库存成本的贡献以及模型的有效性。The effect of investing in reducing ordering cost on the deteriorating inventory model with allowable shortage and delay in payment is studied. Based on the payment time that is before or after the total depletion of inventory, two distinct cases of the inventory system are considered, and proper mathematical models are estab- lished under different circumsfances to find the optimal solutions of order cycle, ordering cost and the length of the period with positive stock, so that the total cost incurred per unit time has minimum value. Classifying this nonlinear programming problem into 11 sub-cases totally, several theoretical results are derived, and it is shown that there exists at most one minimum point under every sub-case within its feasible region, so improved Newton iteration method is used to find the extreme points. Upon this, a solution procedure is established to find the op- timal solution. Finally, combining operations management practice, numerical examples are conducted to illustrate the contribution of ordering cost reduction and the effectiveness of the proposed model.
